About

Hi — I'm the person you'll actually be working with.

I started Oneva after years of walking out of events feeling something rare — that mix of energy and clarity you only get when every detail has actually landed. I wanted to design that feeling on purpose, not leave it to chance.

I handle the design, the planning, and — if you'd like — the room on the day myself, so the person who designs your event is the same one making sure it goes to plan.

Based in London, covering events across London and the South of England, and happy to talk through your event before you commit to anything.

What I organise

Product launches

Launch events that put the product centre stage — from venue and staging through to the run of the day itself.

Summits & conferences

Multi-session programs with speakers, breakouts, and timings — planned so the day holds together end to end.

Leadership events

Offsites, board meetings, and executive gatherings where the details need to be right and the tone needs to be right too.

Company days out & parties

Team celebrations, socials, and away days — organised properly so you can actually enjoy them too.

Design and planning are quoted per project. On-the-day coordination and attendance is available for an additional fee — details on request.

How it runs

Four stages, one continuous point of contact.

I design your event and can call the cues on the day or evening myself — for an additional fee.

Stage 01

Discover

I learn the goal behind the event — what it needs to prove, and to whom — before a single mood board.

Stage 02

Design

Floor plans, lighting concepts, and a full run-of-show, reviewed with you line by line before anything gets built.

Stage 03

Produce

Vendors booked, builds fabricated, rehearsals run. You get one point of contact for the entire production.

Stage 04

Show day

If I'm booked to attend, I call every cue on site, live, so your team can host the room instead of managing it.
